This facility combines our product help, knowledge articles and release information in one place. Once signed in, users can also post questions for BlueVenn and the user community to comment on.
Using the link to Submit a Request, a support ticket can be raised which is directed to the relevant team to assist you.

How to get a Sign In
To access ALL of the information available in the Help Centre, you need to request a Sign In.
Click Here to request a Sign In from the BlueVenn team, you'll then be able to get full access to the Community.
Who can get a Sign In
Only named users of BlueVenn solutions will be allowed access. The facility is provided as part of our continued Support and Maintenance agreements whereby our customers receive support, help, documentation and software releases at no extra cost.
Users who have submitted Support tickets already have access and will need to request a password from help.bluegroupinc.com.
