- To contact our Support Team with an issue or question, email [email protected] and this will create a ticket in our system which will be routed to the correct division. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, including screen grabs, error messages and a description of what you were working on at the time of experiencing the problem. This will help us respond as quickly as possible.
- Also, when logged into the Help Centre, go to your Profile icon and select See my Requests. From here users can view all requests raised by our support team and it is also possible to raise something new using the New Request button.
