In this post, we are going to recap how to schedule a campaign in BVMP.
First, a quick reminder of how to schedule a single step campaign. Perhaps a promotion, one-off sale or acknowledgment of a milestone, action or other PR communication that may be delivered via any channel.
Second, a multi-step campaign that has some specific timings to it such as a follow-up message based on the response to the first and second communication. Also here we look at how to ensure that a multi-step campaign does not run forever and does not sweep up new audience members every time it is scheduled to fire.
