The release of Engage 20.3 introduces the following features and product improvements:
Pivot data within Engage can be exported to a channel (e.g. an FTP or folder location) either manually or on a schedule, providing users with flexibility in their data management activities.
Facebook Audience Connector
The Facebook Channel allows marketers to send BlueVenn campaign audiences into an existing Facebook Ad Campaign to present relevant, personalised messaging to recipients while they use their Facebook account.
The Voucher Code Set function gives users the ability to either import or generate voucher codes for use in a campaign communication step, enabling organisations to incentivise customers and generate sales from within Engage.
Drag and Drop Sub-selections
Dragging and dropping a record or group of records in a selection to form a new selection is a quick method for conducting further analysis, enhancing workflow by making interrogation/sense-checking data faster.
Engage Machine ID Inclusion
Using the Engage Server Config Tool, administrators can add a Machine ID Inclusion step to improve security by requiring a code before granting access to a user from an unrecognised device.
Using the Engage Server Config Tool, administrators can set Password Expiry restrictions to improve security and safeguard the client’s system.
