New: Campaign Performance Reports
Expanding on BlueVenn’s reporting options, the Campaign Performance Report displays the performance of several campaigns in a single report, removing the need to view each campaign individually and improving the efficiency of an organisation’s campaign analysis process.

New: External Resources and External Data Improvements
Within the Server Config Tool on the External Resources tab it is now possible to configure an External Resource to pull data from an FTP site.
The configuration allows a base folder to be configured so that all the files within it appear within the External Data interface within Engage.

New: Salesforce Channel
Integration Steps can now be used to upload records into Salesforce.
The integration can be configured so that picklists that appear within the properties of the step show values that are retrieved from Salesforce.

Two Factor Authentication
Two Factor Authentication is now available with a choice of SMS or Email for delivery of the user’s Authorisation Code.

IP Restrictions Improvements
Expanding on existing Device ID settings, Engage now includes an option to allow administrators to control the IP addresses that are allowed to access the system.
- Disabled - No validation of connecting source addressed is performed.
- Administrator Level - The system administrator defines the list of addresses that are allow to connect.
- User Level - The system will send email validation to users so that they can confirm their own IP address.
How Do I Block Engage Access for Unauthorised Machines?
Update: Cascade Segmentation - 1 Per Table Prioritisation Option
The Use Prioritisation feature allows a user to specify a prioritisation option to be applied over all cells within a Cascade Segmentation.
When enabled the option will ensure that only one record is used from the specified table.
