Category Set Management
Category Management allows users to group similar objects for reporting purposes (e.g. grouping all categories relating to newsletters into a single reporting set), streamlining reports to improve reading efficiency within the Home dashboard.
Google Audiences Channel
The Google Audience channel enables users to synchronise Engage data into Google Audiences, leveraging customer behaviour insight to optimise the delivery of ad services and subsequent ROI.
The Confirmit channel enables the creation of personalised survey links for inclusion in a BlueVenn email creative, combining BlueVenn audience data with survey data to optimise marketing insights and increase campaign efficiency.
GDPR Usage Enhancement
A new UsageBreakdown flag is available on the Locatekeys call to allow campaign history to be returned for the specified key.
Dedupe Case Sensitivity
To improve flexibility and efficiency, the addition of a checkbox to Dedupe steps enables users to toggle case sensitivity on or off, reducing the chances of errors as a result of mismatching data.
Prior to Engage 20.4, Dedupe was always case sensitive.
PNG Format Map Images
The release of Engage 20.4 includes the option to export PNG versions of the Map tab on selections and map reports.
The addition of Inline Expressions to Field Lists eliminates the building of many additional expressions that are only used for a single output purpose (e.g. exporting priority matrix and object values into campaign outputs), simplifying the process of constructing Field Lists by removing the need to first create an Expression within the database.
Password Settings - User Lockout
Expanding the system security options, Engage 20.4 adds User Lockout options to safeguard the client’s system.
The number of Attempts Before Lockout and Lockout Timespan can be configured upon ticking the Enable User Lockout checkbox.
Cascade Segmentation - Output Restriction
When a cell is selected, a new set of options are available to restrict the volume of the records output, enabling users to match the output sample size to the distribution limit (e.g. available printed material) and optimise cascade segmentation.
Selected records will continue through the segmentation.
The cell display also contains an additional Restricted Output column to easily identify restricted cells and the number of items removed.
To copy restriction settings across cells, right click on a restricted output cell and select one of the available options.
